C F John - Biography CF John is somebody you would easily sympathize with. His calm and gentle demenour, reflected in his series ‘Four Corners of a Line’ and the ‘Still.Silent’ series, gives you the impression of a recluse who is scheming to make the world a better place (through art). John as an artist uses natural materials like leaves and fibre to make his work more meaningful and nearer to nature. As a social activist and critique he has supported many causes of the disadvantaged. CF John also has some architectural buildings to his credit, his house being one. John does not believe in commercial art, he wants his art to convey a meaningful message to the viewer.

Cheenu Pillai - Biography Cheenu’s love of art drew him away from the corporate rat race, towards the canvas. He grew up in the beautiful town of Tanjore, which possibly could have influenced his style of paintings. Cheenu successfully fuses the modern with the traditional, be it his Ganeshas, the astrological symbolism or mythology. Most of his paintings are done in a Cubist style, with Indian subjects.
